I would like to know what garden flowers will grow and flourish beneath a Copper Beech tree?

You will do best with plants listed for "dry shade." Impatiens or Achimenes will tolerate more shade than most, but may still find it difficult to produce many blooms in such dark shade. They will need lots of watering, too. I would stick with leafy plants that have pretty patterns or variegation on the leaves so that it will not matter if they bloom or not. Daffodils and some other bulbs can grow and bloom near the edge of the shadow of the branches ("the dripline") because they bloom before the beech leaves form in the spring.
